E-Statements

Have a filing cabinet full of old statements you have been meaning to shred? E-Statements can help you cut the clutter! They give you instant access to your monthly statements whenever you need them, and you can print them right at home. 

To avoid deactivation of your Virtual Branch Online Banking and e-Statements, you must maintain activity.

Resetting Your Online Banking Password

If you've forgotten your password, don't worry. You can reset it yourself online.

  1. Click Forgot Security Code on the Online Banking login box located at the top of the homepage.

  2. Follow the prompts to verify your identity and create a new password.

Important: You must have a current email address on file with UFCW Community Federal Credit Union to complete a password reset.

If your email address has changed or is no longer accessible, please visit one of our branch locations so we can update your information before you attempt to reset your password.

Enrolling in Online Banking

New to Online Banking?

  1. Click Enroll located beneath the Online Banking login box at the top of the homepage.

  2. Follow the enrollment instructions to set up your account.

Getting an "Unable to Validate Information" Message?

If you receive a message stating that we are unable to validate your information, please verify that you are entering:

  • Your current username

  • Your current password

  • The correct one-time verification code (if prompted)

Even a small typo can prevent successful verification.
