If your debit card has been lost, stolen, damaged, or is no longer working properly, we're here to help.

To request a debit card replacement, please call UFCW Community Federal Credit Union or visit any branch location.

Our team will assist you with replacing your card and answering any questions you may have about your account.

How to Activate Your Card

Simply call the activation phone number located on the sticker attached to your new card or on the back of your card and follow the automated instructions.

Once activated, you can begin using your card for purchases, ATM transactions, and digital wallet payments.
